Well for example i need to get off work early so i can go to church but my boss wont allow me and i wont have time to go to church anymore which will be an issue for me but if i go to church with my bosses permission then that will also be an issue because its unfair to my co workers and we might tend to fight about religion if someone doesnt believe it the other might get mad and that will cause a major issue for the company itself.
